The app is ok but could do with some improvements. It's impossible to export your payee list for some reason. Also now, suddenly, when you make any payments - even to Payees who have been on your Payee list for many years - you have a lot of pop-up questions about why, and who you are paying to. This is to check you're not being scammed. BUT why have this when you are paying to a payee who has been on your list of saved payees for YEARS? It's really poorly designed and seriously annoying.

Fine. It's a banking app for a particular bank so it's not like you can shop around app-wise. I find it easy enough to use. My only real issue is that I have to delete & replace the homepage widget every week, as it breaks weekly for some reason (most text disappears off the widget & it stops being clickable). A nuisance, but easily fixable with a weekly routine. I would like to be able to access *all* my accounts in the app, but that may be coming with Business One?

Horrible app, can't switch between accounts, have to completely close the app and log back in to be able to switch between accounts. Then sometimes app won't logging, will keep giving you error (something went wrong while trying to login). These issues have been around for last 4 or 5 years, tried reporting them directly to Westpac staff at bank counter and CS on phone, still now improvement. I have missed my mortgage payments on couple of instances because of these issues.

Can't switch between accounts - you have to close the app and log back in again. It's like having to leave the supermarket between buying vegetables and lollies :-/ When trying to log back in again, I regularly receive "error - try again later" messages. Search function is not intuitive, why do you need to type in 100% the correct payee name like it's 2002, in order to find transaction info? We love our app developers but this is not good enough, please fix these obvious time wasters!

I find that the app has to be installed often onto my mobile phone, reason for this is its ok for a couple of log in' & after that the damn app keeps oops can't log in right now something went wrong😡 and please try not to say did you key in the right password etc, because it certainly ain't that problem??I've been having the same issue even after I uninstall and reinstall the app!! I manage to get in afterwards & log out and go back in the same 💩 occurs. not impressed 😡
