always freezes. update it and it won't load or takes for ever to open or it just shuts off when trying to use the scanner to check prices. Its good when you can get your receipts online instead of having the paper receipt, so you can look back whenever at past purchases etc. thats bout it really. its never worked properly at all for me but I still persist with it

Latest update installed, lag to load items or won't load items at all. Lags when making changes to the cart or won't update cart details unless I close out and restart the app. Have cleared cache, uninstalled/reinstalled but this doesn't resolve the issue.

Really amazing for families and pets. Hoping there's a better Squishmallows range and much better prices. 🙂🙂 Able to click and collect for free and get deliveries for as low as $7.00 so really happy. Able to search YouTube for items for unboxing videos and was really happy to see the items before purchasing because they were that good 🙂🙂😊😊☺️.

Biggest issue I have is that it says "click and collect available from 6pm tomorrow" but pretty much every time I order online at least part of my order takes a week to 10 days to be ready. Like even right now, something I ordered 4 days ago that is still showing as in stock in my selected store is still "in progress" while the rest of my order is ready.

The Warehouse locking discounts behind their app is frustrating and exclusionary. I don’t use a smartphone, so I’m permanently shut out of deals others get just for scanning a barcode displayed within the app. That same barcode could easily be printed on a physical card, but they choose not to. Why? Because the app lets them collect data and push notifications. It’s not about convenience, it’s about control. This is why I haven't shopped at the warehouse for quite a while.
