Made one generation, credits were taken, and trying to find it, it disappeared. If you're going to make people pay for things you need to deliver, otherwise it's just fraud. Why would I pay for disappearing product? If the app is going to behave like that, I'm just uninstalling. It appears that if you do the wrong thing during generation, your creation disappears. Your credits disappear. Nice scam. That's either stupid or predatory, and either way I want nothing else to do with this app.

I downloaded the app to evaluate it before subscribing. It generated one video, but the result wasn't impressive enough for me to justify paying for a subscription. I think a 24–48 hour free trial of the full version would be a better way for potential customers to see the product's capabilities before committing. Others may have a different experience, but based on my initial use, I wasn't convinced of the value.

I bought 8000 tokens for $66. I started using it and realized that the model was kind of dumb.: I ask you to animate an object in one direction, and it animates in the other. I wrote to tech support, asked for a refund, and in the end they refused me because "the product is electronic and non-refundable." There is always a refund for low-quality goods. I highly do not recommend this service.

I pay all this money for a subscription more than $100 not at one time but in increments and your saying my account is frozen that I need to purchase the $100 dollar plan, are you insane. I'm going to finish up with the 700 credits that I can use to make an AI video I'm only allowed to make AI photos. Damn near 800 credits and I can only create photos. Kling is definitely a ripoff. I'll finish this month then I'll no longer purchase anything.

Trying to do a trend but I can generate it because it's peak hours. They won't let me generate anything because they had said that the time to post was only for their star members and I have to wait until "off peak hours" trying to make me pay to export one video what kind of feature is that. Other then that the app has a good concept and gives fast responses with little to no ads
