Avoid Lawson ticket completely if you can. Difficult to use, confusing can't refund or cancel.

Edit: ticket was not displayed at first so I had to fill the customer care form to redisplay the ticket. They were super fast with it and redisplayed it in 1 hour!!! Excellent service. App can still be improved!!

A misfunctioning app. The app requires code from sms. Instead of allowing a user to enter manually as in any other apps, it wants all permissions and tries to read your sms. If you do not allow to do it, it behaves in a way use cannot even close it. Obvious awful UX mistake making the app useless.

It actually requires you to use the same sim card which you used to registered on the site to send a sms for verification, instead of just receiving an authentication message, which is just stupid. Just avoid this and go get a physical ticket if you can.

Their support is good and fast! At first, I have an issue with the SMS authentification and couldn't use the application. Then I reported and contacted them. They fix the issue and now I can use the app.
