Have a phone that's supported. (They show the NFC location in the App) have NFC on. I tried MANY times to read the card. It won't work. Government incompetence at its finest. Fix this embarrassment.

alright so 2 things to make this work. 1. a compatible JP phone that they list in the PDf as it requires the proper nfc. 2. an another app called ”jpki利用者ソフト" which you can search on the store. fulfill these two conditions and it works.

Useless app. Since I on nfc mode on my phone, but could not read my number card. Wasted my time.

App won't read my card. My phone is not the issue because the Mynaportal app reads the card just fine.
