Tixplus E-Tickets

I made my account with my name in katakana and now they're verifying my identity and ask for my name in kanji! I can't do this and I can't claim my tickets. I'll lose both my tickets and my money due to this error. They don't even have customer support as their inquiry form is full of errors and I'm not able to ask for help. Extremely frustrating and sad.

Absolute disaster of an app. Even when you enter correct ticket data it throws errors. Trying to create a pia account immediately fails upon passwort creation, apparently the just set password is wrong as well. But despite all the errors in the background it at least still adds the tickets. The app itself is blocked from google login as well, as it is unsecure!

I live in the UK. I used this app before, now I got a new device and I am not receiving any text messages to verify anything... I am able to use the desktop version! Tried to submit a query just to get redirected to an error message page. Absolutely frustrating and awful.

Worst app ever!! Have spent the last 2 weeks!!! Trying to purchase tickets to the Fukuoka World Aquatics Championship to no avail. It's a nightmare going through this app. Not user friendly AT ALL!!!& the fact you can only buy tickets on this nightmarish hell hole of an app is truly disappointing and unbelievable!! Definitely a 0/5!!

Many errors. You can create more than one Plus Member ID with the same phone number because email addresses are different. Having multiple IDs is prohibited but this app will let you do so. What a great app!
