I've edited this review from 1 star to 4 and down to 3. Prescriptions are working again but tracking isn't. The shipping status and dates are not updated and tracking doesn't work, it just goes to a page saying it only tracks for 15 days. Meds are shipped but status is pending. Then they'll arrive but stays in shipped for too long. As long as status is shipped, I can't reorder which is critical for some meds that I only get a 30 day supply of and will need for the rest of my life.

App only works about 50% of the time (if that) and is generally pretty slow to update even when it is working. Have gotten mail notifications (dated two weeks prior) before the app updated on multiple occasions. Have to get on the website to file claims anyway, app only lets you check on the status of (some) claims that are already filed. Somewhat helpful for that if you're away from your computer but otherwise pretty useless.

Everything I need in one place...... The VA app has made navigating my medical care so much simpler. I can check lab results the minute they’re ready, order prescription refills with a few taps, and keep track of my appointments without having to call or log into a desktop site. It’s fast, secure, and incredibly convenient. Great tool for veterans.

Since updating, I have not been able to log in. I go through the login process, and all information is correct, and when I'm done with ID.me, it goes back to the app after verification and does not log me in. It asks me to log in again. There's no error message, just a simple not even acknowledging that I attempted to log in. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

The app is easy to use but only contains a fraction of what a person would need. After comparing it to other apps I've seen from other private providers, the comparison shows this app to be incomplete. 1) Patients need to see their labs in an orderly fashion. Such as being able to see each type of lab in a list with the dates taken so the patient can determine if there's an issue. 2) The medical records remain absent. 3) The messaging is a mess. Make it to where we can message a provider.
