I am absolutely devastated. I made two payments, in Aug and Sept 2023, through this app. At the time, like a total fool, I did not look for a confirmation number. I saw the amounts had been debited and I marked down that those tax payments had been paid. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, and I received a letter from the IRS saying I owed taxes. When I called, they told me they never received these 2 payments. My bank is currently investigating, but I stand to have lost nearly 6k over this. Terrible!!

after over an hour on hold i got to talk to someone. the "information does not match error" also applies to them not having a return on file, they are so far behind that i sent mine in february and they still dont have it on record months later - last years return took 8 months. still, the app is useless to me since by the time it shows on there i should have it in my bank. 1 star for the irs in general, hire more people.

The first week after filing, it showed 1 out of 3 bars highlighted in blue for "returns accepted" but the other day, it stopped even displaying the bars that show the status of the refund. What's going on here, and why can't I see the progress of my refund now? The info provided is vague and the links to click for more info don't seem to pertain to my situation. Now I'm completely in the dark and the app isn't doing what I got it for at all. Overall, it's a great app though.

It worked great last year. I was able to use it one time this year now i have an incorrect information message when i put in the same info as i did the first time... Not sure how that works. 😒 waste of time and space. Fix it my rating may go up but this is unacceptable. And for all of the people calling people stupid, can you explain why it worked once and now wont work at all? I didnt start checking until the first of February, more than 24 hours after i filed and im having issues. Soooo???

I put all my information in and its all correct but the app says it doesn't match their records. So i discovered the filing status that I selected but can change the spelling of is misspelled on their end. They spelled single "singl" so i filed "single ". unbelievably incompetent.
