has good shows but it actively pauses your shows at the end of an episode and restarts that episode when you click on continue watching including ads. So basically if you don't want to watch ads for the last episode to then skip to the next and have to watch ads again, you have to search for your show and open the next episode that way. Therefore the "Continue Watching" feature is quite useless and seems like a scam to get you to watch more ads.

WOW baits you with low prices. The basic service is so restricted that you feel like beggar instead of a valued customer. The standard subscription has only 720p, seriously! Not even FullHD in 2026. They don't allow streaming on Linux at all. I've just started a movie on my phone and then wanted to switch to my computer. Even after logging out all devices forcefully, I cannot resume the movie "because someone else is already streaming" which is provably false. I truly regret my subscription.

the stream keeps clashing, movies that have English subtitles on the DVD don't have on this. very poor experience

We can no longer watch though we're paying the Entertainment and Cinema tickets because of reaching the number of devices that can be registered. We deleted the previous devices registered and nothing is now registered as it's stated, but still cannot watch because of Gerätlimit erreicht. We have to wait for the next month to be able to watch again, even though we paid for the subscriptions. Bravo, Sky!!!! We will discontinue the subscriptions and stay with Netflix. Really disappointed and unsatisfied. We tried to contact their support and we only received an automatic email that they're gonna review the case and will reply. It's been 5 days and still no answer.

It is really appalling how bad this app is (and the service all together). Seriously, how is this service still alive with all the competition going on? Lobbying much?? You can't select languages from the app. And in case you mistakenly decided to log in from your app first, forget about logging on from the desktop client because it is a nightmare. Very badly developed!
