Digital key was a primary reason for purchasing a new Audi. Anytime there is an Android OS update, the digital key is broken. This is a major flaw in the design and Audi needs to keep up with modern OS releases, (there are only 2 major OS's to keep up with). Always make sure to have a physical key with you as you will just get suck with no ability to use your car. Never had this issue with my BMW.

haven't used all functions yet, love the drive but the 3 in vehicle screens are too much, much rather have space for stuff in front of gear shifter instead of this superfluous screen, upper center screen adequate size and behind wheel dash good. wheel controls challenging to use, could be a better. had some issues with the car shutting off when still running as I stepped out for a few minutes, upon return engine light on.

The set up procedure was long and convoluted despite the dealer allegedly doing it before I left. it wasn't. After using Kia and Ford Apps, this the least capable and most difficult to set of any of these three. Being this is supposed to be a premium car, it's far from a premium experience. Audi could've looked at any other brand to learn how to do this better. Somehow, they thought what they did was better.

App is so-so, but what other alternative do I have? None, so I have to live with it. The app *should* update car status "live" but it doesn't. Manually forcing a refresh is slow to update. If I select the charging tile on the home page, my range shows as kilometers even though I have Imperial units selected on my profile. App doesn't send notifications even though they are enabled. Software/apps from a well known EV competetor brand is so much better.

App lacks much functionality. There is no close windows or set parking brake option. The remote start option won't work unless the parking brake is set, which means if you want to remote start the car, you have to walk out to the car first. The parking brake is electronic, have it auto set or give me the option to apply it through the app. The remote start fails most of the time even if everything is set correctly. There should be the ability to schedule a remote start. App is hard on phone batt
