Worst app I've ever encountered. Constant issues with service, absolutely terrible customer service, and hours wasted attempting to resolve issues. I finally gave up after I was lied to repeatedly by multiple customer service reps, stating the issue would be resolved, only to eventually (after hours of back and forth over a week) be told that they would essentially be stealing the 20 euro on my account and be unable to resolve the issue and activate the number. Truly disgusting company.

Even as someone with only a toddler's understanding of German, I find this app easy enough to use. I recently made some changes to my family's phone plan in the app, it went smoothly without issue.

I found out accidentally that Congstar has been charging me for calls even though I had a phone Flatrate. Surprisingly, they 'didn't have information' about how much or for how long they have actually overcharged me and offered a 'generous' 3€ compensation...
