works exactly as stated! very cool being able to simply read your voice-mail!yes you only get 10 transcripts per month for free but how many voice-mail does the average person really get per month? I've yet to go over, but even if I do just pressing play is so much easier than going through the whole calling process and password just to find out it was some dumb telemarketer. I love it!

Effective fix for the lack of easy visual voicemail access on some Androids. To be honest, I would never check my voicemail at all if I couldn't scan a transcript. It's much faster and doesn't require me to find a quiet room, annoy people around me, or get cheek smudges on my screen. One day voicemails will go the way of the fax, and we will rejoice, but until then . . . Voxist I guess. The only feature I really want added is automatic detection of silent/empty voicemails (toggle enabled.)

My visual voicemail supported by Samsung stopped working. I liked having the ability to see a readout of my voicemails. I went shopping & found this application. it works great. I am enjoying the free plan which, so far, all that I need. I do like that the voicemails are transcribed in the app & I don't have to go to my email, although it's a nice backup. I highly recommend this, check out of it works for you too!

No customer support response. The app has been blocking numbers it shouldn't and I am unable to access my account, either on my phone or online. Multiple attempts to contact support have gone unanswered. Update: Today I was finally able to get into my account, though after contacting them multiple times by email and through the website over several weeks, still received no response.

So far so good! I had a Verizon version of this for years but it only transcribed the first sentence or two. I love I get the full transcription with Voxist. Only wish they had a level between $4.99 and the way more expensive one. Don't know yet how many voice mails I'm going to ultimately need but $4.99 gives me 30, next level is a 100 transcriptions but costs $9.99. Really don't want to pay that much on limited income. But very impressed with the transcription service!
