App works pretty well for what its meant to do. Only complaint is it seems to have "authentication errors" and doesn't keep my signed in. The app has authentication errors every now and again and I have to sign in every couple of days. It's a minor inconvenience and the only negative is that I have to sign in again which I don't mind, but it can be pretty annoying to some. The app works pretty well otherwise and your able to control the calls from the app very well.

Delena, I have the same troubles. I was told that this happens because the app is really better supported by using wifi instead of mobile data. I feel if there is an app why not make it comparable for both. If one is on the go the app should work just the same, especially paying it every month. The notifications do not pop up and calls are missed. Text messages come late. Not good for business. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I hope it works better.

During the call from app, there are many issues. voice gets broken down, they can't hear me(completely silence), my voice is getting delayed, when dialing number they also get delayed typing.....etc. many many issues, double thinking if we should even continue to have this service. I don't want to lose my customers because they can't hear me. Shopping around for better service, unless this gets mixed.

There is NO worthwhile customer support. Try finding someone to talk to and wait. Signed up for an account, received a 'no-reply' email saying it's under review. Takes about 1-3 days. A week later, nothing. Paid and everything. I had to find them on Facebook to talk to ANYONE. Only to find out my account was flagged (I use a VPN service, so that's probably why), but someone should have reached out. They didn't. Don't waste your time or money.

Poor app design. You'd expect to be able to mimic a desktop phone layout, especially on a tablet, with programmable buttons like DND, speed dial and monitor extensions in use, and simple speaker on/off (not have to choose a popup menu to switch) but seems too hard for them. Interface isn't any better, and less functional in a way, than cell dialer app.
