Visible mobile

Switched over to Visible via the app. It said my phone # transfer was successful, but recepients were receiving texts and calls from the trial # and I couldn't receive anything if they used my actual #. The person on the chat could not resolve the issue, then I ended up having no service at all. Someone called the next day. Problem solved, very good customer service. That being said, cell service is good so far, but the app is slow to load and I don't like needing to sign in every time I use it.

when visible says "MAY slow your speed down at peak times, they don't just slow it down. They turn your sheiyt off. You can't send a text or load an email. Whatee a scam 😒 They let you use it long enough to get you stuck with the phone but after a few months it's worthless from day one of autopay til the last. They suck the life out of the signal.

I love the phone service!! I have never had any issues with Visible phone service. I have always had service to any place I have traveled to. I also started using Visible Home Internet and it is awesome! It was easy to set up and we have a good strong connection throughout the house. Usually there are two televisions connected along with at least two phones, a tablet and a home computer connected and we don't have any lag or loading issues or anything. It is awesome home internet service!

lousy customer service in the system works when it feels like it and they don't have a fix for it. customer service is not brought up today so they're clueless that it even works or is working I would recommend using consumer Cellular unless you have a lot of time to try to figure it out it's really not worth your time unless you retired like me and can spend all day just to download a simple esim.

It's TERRIBLE!! I had trouble receiving an email from them & their automated service kept telling me to update my software & install the latest version of the app(which I had already done) How can you possibly switch services if you can't get help with receiving an email. I would NOT recommend wasting your time, ppl. Unless you wanna feel like you need a drink after trying to ask the same question 5 different ways to try to get an answer. Good luck.
