I purchased items totaling £45 and was told by staff at Sports Direct that you can clear the balance with zero interest being applied, so I did, just a couple of hours after the purchase I cleared the debt in full so why are you trying to charge me £13.98 interest I raised a ticket disputing, you said you'd be back in touch in 7 days..... this was 3 weeks ago I raised another ticket adding the previous conversation with screenshots and nothing!!!! I AM NOT PAYING THE INTEREST, SORT IT OUT

I was told in Sports Direct that if I spent over £50 and paid with this app, I’d get 40% off next purchase. Seemed simple enough, so I went for it instead of just paying cash. Only after paying did they tell me the “discount”would arrive within 30 working days, after the return period expires. That’s not what was advertised at all. And surprise-I never received any discount. On top of that, my £53 purchase ended up with an extra £25 in interest through the app. Completely misleading.

Apply for the account, gets sorted and told to download the app. Now I'm stuck in an infinite loop of entering my phone number, putting in my email address then it telling me to open the app. Its infuriating. I was told this app was great but if I cant even sign into the account whats the point. Not a single email has been sent, I've went through it all enough for one day, I give up.

terrible app. extremely confusing. dont have the clear option of paying off a balance. the payment plan resets itself for some reason and doesn't apply properly. it almost seems deliberate, so they can scam you with added interest. when you contact customer service, all you get is a generic response, stating that it is your responsibility to choose the correct payment and the added interest will remain.

if you forget your passcode or change your phone, it's impossible to log in, I changed phone, the app accepts face recognition but then says 'something went wrong' then it says my passcode is wrong, when I get the email with the reset passcode link it doesn't open the reset screen on the app. I've raised two complaints with Frasers about this issue and they don't even reply. I have no way to access my account. An absolute joke of an app.
