This app is becoming super complicated and buggy. For some reason, X allowed me to create an account without verification of an email first, but when it eventually did asked for it, I couldn't use it because I already had an old account I didn't remember having. I went through the whole process of deactivating my old account and waiting 30 days, just to come back today with X telling me my account was suspended. This app is very confusing and frustrating, and it's very hard to get proper help.

This app, as well as the website on PC, is so unbearably slow that it has frozen my phone and dragged my PC's speed to an absolute crawl just by being open. I've done everything from clearing the cache on phone and PC, to uninstalling & reinstalling (or shutting off my PC), to fix the issue; and nothing fixes the issue, but the fact that it's happening to multiple people everywhere on multiple devices already shows the issue is not on my end.

I really enjoy the platform. I have met a lot of people of similar interests and we share information in a meaningful way. The algorithm or automated processes sometimes inaccurately flag posts, replies, or accounts, and that can be frustrating when it happens to you, but it resolves eventually. For now, I keep my rating at 5 stars. It is the main social media app that I use.

you can't redeem free there is a purchase necessary this app is fraudulent in advertising! they don't tell you how much you have to spend and when I attempt a purchase it's declined even on another card ...I have money in my account but this app refuses to pay the winnings...I received their $23 lifetime payout when I had over $100 don't bother it's a scam!

A few days ago, one of the connected apps on my account must have gotten compromised, because despite having 2fa active on my account, something began spamming posts on my account. Before I noticed the issue, however, the automated system had suspended my account for violating X rules. I have tried submitting appeals to be reinstated, but have been getting automatically denied mere seconds after submitting them. My 11 year old account is now dead, and I can't make a new one.
