app constantly logs you out, even though it's your phone plan on your phone. biometrics are possible to log in but only if the app prompts it, you usually don't have the option to hit biometrics. when you refill your plan, they presume you want the old plan and there is no easy way to change plans before purchasing.. there used to be so I'm not sure why they took it away. additionally, the app and website works so slowly, it's unreasonable they have an AI when it doesn't do anything

this app is extremely laggy and buggy. I could ignore that, but recently the app doesn't let me log into my account AT ALL even when I type in the correct password and my number. I tried updating, but the app only locked me out of my account. I tried for the link sent to update my password, but the link was rejected. y'all need to do better with this. it's completely unfair when I did everything right.

Logging in with biometrics never works. Using my password always gets a "login failed" error. Every month I have to go through this and end up calling technical support, which in itself is a hassle if I just want to pay my phone bill. This app has been absolutely horrible for years. I've been with Straight Talk off and on since 2018 and this has always been an issue.

buggy, slow. often makes me login multiple times in a row, often ignores the saved biometric login option and makes you login manually. sometimes it glitches, the page flickers or goes back to previous pages without you clicking anything. It's nearly impossible to be to quickly login to refill my account, it takes me 10 minutes minimum after all the nonsense. Having to contact support makes it 45 minutes minimum, and I cannot stand having so much time stolen from me for basic tasks.

Worse app ever designed!!! There is always something wrong with it, it's slow, makes you log into everything even though you already logged in to access the account. You can't renew service because it never loads the correct amount and you can't delete anything. Its a big mess, points are so hard to use because you can't shuffle between screens easily to see or accept the points. I just looked into Mint Mobile and Boost Mobile since these phones are for my kids anyway.
