Not the worst app in the world, but not exactly impressive. I would say the interface is not intuitive as far as how to find things that you need. But I could overlook all of that were it not for the fact that I absolutely get frustrated? waiting for this app to start. It does not matter which device it is on, I've had the same experience in every case -- the app can require up to 30 seconds to load and start running. It always been a slow loader, but it seems to have gotten really bad.

I've had the app for a few years now. It is usually pretty user-friendly. However, starting yesterday, it will not even open up on my phone. It continually crashes for 2 days and counting. I have contacted customer support. I received 1 response saying someone will reach out soon. I'm still waiting for that "reach out." Very disappointing, considering how much this app costs yearly . I have Uninstaller and re-installed several times.

Used to work but now won't open. I don't use the app daily so I am not sure when it stopped working. For at least the last few days it looks like it is going to open, then disappears. I did all the usual... restart, uninstall/reinstall, etc. and it still won't load. It is a shame because I used to love this app. Of course, I just renewed for a year a few weeks ago. I run Android 13 and have plenty of memory. Subaru, please fix this.

The app is fine overall, but features such as door status and car color just disappeared with no warning and for seemingly no reason. I can live without the correct color of my car for the graphics, but knowing whether or not my doors are locked seems like a pretty basic feature for an app like this.

I've had this app for almost 3 years, but don't use it that often. Tried to use it today, and it would not open. I Uninstalled it and downloaded again. Same thing, it would not open. Still waiting for an answer from app support. It has now been 3 days and I have gotten zero response to my issue. Not even a reply that someone is working on it. This is not helpful for a Subaru dealership. I will think twice before buying another one.
