Purchase and transfer process are great, but resale system was a nightmare. I couldn't put my tickets on resale and I had to sell them out of the system When I contacted the chat and transfer to an Agent, they were not able to solve my issue. I tried 3 times (the first 2 said it was not possible due to restrictions of the system that were out of their control and the 3rd person that helped me with screen shots and follow up asked me for 72hrs to give me the answer. However, I never received it.

Well, never purchasing tickets through Stubhub again. Purchased two tickets to a major golf tournament, accepted them from the seller, and then on the day of the event were no longer accessible through the app. Contacted customer service, sent requested screenshots, etc. only to be ghosted. Sought a refund, got denied because they said I didn't raise the issue with them soon enough, despite showing them evidence of purchase, lack of tickets in my account, etc. Absolute trash company.

I sold a FIFA ticket on the platform back in January for an event taking place in June. The transaction was successfully completed. It is completely unacceptable that StubHub holds a seller's funds for six months, only to issue an email stating that the payout will not be processed until 8 to 10 days after the event concludes. Holding funds for this long, while simultaneously charging premium fees, is a terrible user experience that discourages sellers from using your platform in the future.

I did not receive my tickets in downloadable format. Despite trying for 20 hours over several days, Stubhub failed to resolve the matter so I could sell them. when I tried to delete my listing, I was prevented. So, I deleted my credit card, but it was then charged without my authorization. I was repeatedly told the seller would resend the tickets after screen shots showed that their system was not working. These were false assurances, aka lies. Now, they deny a refund. Fraud. No other word .
