Good rates, bad customer service, they don't know what's going on. Took 3 days to send my money. App is not very user friendly also. It should have options to cancel if it's taking longer than usual as any other app does. Cm service keeps telling you 5 10 mins which far away from truth. Need a lot of work on app as well as customer services, I understand things can go wrong sometimes but at least tell the truth to customer and don't keep lying with 5-10 mins.

I first contacted them through chat and received a quick response. They guided me clearly through the steps and followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was handled properly. I would like to acknowledge the excellent service of Izi send money transfer, I have been using their services for more than a year now and I have not had issue with my transfers ever, not even a delay. And the amazing part of their service is if there is an error with the details, they contact you for the correct information and deliver it, this has happened to me twice. This is the worst app I have ever used, I tried sending money to a friend urgently, its been 3 days now and still showing as pending, tried to call customer service but the number is switched off, there's no means of getting through to them.

These guys can be Sweet smooth song when they are full flight for ne today 4 transactions all fine within 3 minutes of payments what a record only if they can keep it up All other Apps will fold up, their interactive instantly responded to is also an amazing...just send message them on WhatsApp and it is instantly paid...Good keep it up..Bravo IZI-SEND
