The MyHyundai app makes getting information about your Hyundai vehicle easier than ever. The MyHyundai app allows you to access owner resources, schedule service or connect to your Bluelink enabled vehicle from your phone. Bluelink technology enables and empowers you while you are on the go, giving you access to your Bluelink features from your office, at home, or just about anywhere. Access the app with your MyHyundai.com ID, password and PIN to take advantage of Bluelink’s Remote features. Log in and send commands conveniently using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition). Navi inside the app isn't real logical, but also if you refresh more than like 30-40 times in a single day, it tells you that you have exceeded the limit and won't update status again. I once lost connection to my car for two weeks. It would send me alerts that my doors were unlocked but not let me in to do anything about it. no one ever responded to multiple email requests. No remote start option for heated/cooled seats! Also, why on earth are there three different subscriptions for it!?

New update 2/21/25. The app doesn't work at all. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, checked for updates, rebooted my phone, & followed the Myhyundai instructions to reset in the car. Help! The app frequently says my doors are unlocked when they are not. I literally go and look at the car and it's locked. Does the same thing for windows open and doors open. You used to be able to pull the screen down and it would reset correctly, but that doesn't work with the new app version. Very unreliable app!

The app sends push notifications to my phone for Hyundai promotions, such as charging discounts, which are disruptive and annoying. There doesn't seem to be a way to turn this off. Also, I constantly have to re-enter my password to log in, and it often requires a text message verification, even though I have logged in from this phone several times before. Today, I received several notifications saying that the doors were unlocked, even though they were locked. Hyundai can do better than this!

I love that Hyundai HAS this app, but it badly needs some improvement. I HATE that I get a "low fuel" reminder 10 times a day when I'm under 20% full. And the notification can't be turned off! Are you kidding me?!? Also I often get a warning that my car is unlocked when it is definitely locked. Fix those two problems and I'd give it 5 stars.

I'm having a horrible experience getting the bluelink set up. I just bought a pre-owned car on Saturday. they couldn't setup the bluelink bc the system was down. now after trying multiple different routes and phone calls I find out my car needs to be updated. now I have to go spend more money to buy the USB with the update on it, wait a couple more days until I get it in the mail, then we'll see if that works. This is absolutely ridiculous.
