Overall, the app is okay. Navigation is nice. Finding rides, food, etc. on the map is convenient. Having tickets, season passes, and add-ons at my fingertips instead of on paper is nice. My only real concerns are: It really needs updated, and the daily add-ons aren't on there. There are non-existent rides and guest services kiosks on the app. Wait times are inaccurate. Daily add-ons are email only and not attached to in app tickets/passes. Other than that, it's not bad.

Needs improvement. I downloaded it, but had to go to the website to purchase season passes, because the app won't allow you to purchase them, even though it's an option. Then, once I did purchase the season passes, the app keeps erroring out, and refuses to let me add them using any and all methods. On top of that, the AI chat isn't helpful at all. It has had me on hold for at least 20 minutes now, and all I see are the 3 dots, even though no reply is coming through. I feel so uncertain.

The app is useless now with the change. It used to show the perks of your pass easily on the app, now it brings you to another web page that is not clear on what benefits you actually have available. You also used to be able to view food menus and see what options there were. I'm no longer able to do that. Also the picture pass isn't seamless like it use to be either. The app is not user friendly at all compared to how it used to be.

I can never see how many visits I have, I've gone to my home park at least 6 times and it says I have 0 visits, it always says I have 0 pass perks even though I have the prestige pass, it is slow, clunky, and never updates. also when using the app it is very hard for the scanners to scan the pass in the park, they had to print out a paper ticket for me to use to scan.

This isn't really useful. The only thing that is easy to use is pulling up your pass. I've been 3 times since I've had the pass and it still only shows 1 visit. The map is awful and is not helpful at all. Y'all really should refer to the My Disney Experience app. That is way more user friendly. Your app is terrible guest wise! Why as a pass holder should I not know wait times before I go? Why can't I click on an attraction and it pops up the name? Lazy work on your part.
