Getting very frustrated when I cannot redeem my points at POS. I'm told my setting need to be saying earm only. However EVERY time I check, it says earn and redeem. So I look stupid to the cashiers and I get frustrated. Not at them but at this app! This was fine for years and only in the past 6 months has this been an issue. I only use my points when I absolutely need them. I end up needing to void the whole purchase and use my physical card. Which it upsetting and frustrating for everyone.

The Flyers are too small to look at on the app. You're not allowed to turn your phone to view the app on the horizontal access because it automatically brings up the scanning barcode. Please give the option to remove this pop-up of the barcode so that the Flyers can be viewed in a larger screen horizontally.

This app used to work with no problem but since the newest update It no longer loads flyers. I've cleared cache with no change. I then uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Signing back into the app was incredibly frusterating after the reinstall. I still cannot access any flyers. I've used this app for years with no problems. I wish I could uninstall the latest update.

It takes me over an hour to shop online here, other sites 10 minutes. Incredibly slow, site crashes, and if you go to look at product details, it takes you forever to get back to where you were. May help if you could look into product details in a different window. For the past yrs or so that I have used this site, I see no improvement at all. A few times, I was so frustrated that I ordered groceries from your competitors.

For the past few weeks (or months) the app keeps asking me to login every time I use the app even though I choose the option for it to keep me logged in. It didn't used to do this!!!! This is super frustrating given that I have 2FA and it takes ages for me to get the email to complete the login while everyone waits in the lineup. Several of have told me this is a common issue. Please fix
