Updated 4yrs later: Rating stays the same. The CC balance availability is NEVER accurate. I make a transfer to pay it off, and the app automatically zeros the balance out. But I still can't use the card because it takes days to process the payment. So I never know what the actual usable amount is on my CC. It's a low limit card, and I use it for a lot. I find it safer to use a CC than debit. I need to see the actuals. And I still have trouble with mobile deposits.

Not opening well today, keeps giving error messages and will not let me do the banking things that I need to do today. UPDATE: the app was working a day or 2 later & seems to be fine now. 5 stars because it's usually okay, and the responsiveness of reps to resolve this has been heartening. Now my only frustration would be that there are limits on how much a person can deposit digitally in one day.

been banking with regions going on nearly 15 years. the app has been great however every week when I get the text message that my early pay has arrived in my account I go to log in and it tells me the app cant process my request at this time. I thought it was a one time thing but no. its been going on for about a month now. kind of irritating and frustrating not being able to log in and have access to my money so that I can pay my bills.

Regions Bank is a great place to bank! You can use their app to do so many things, i.e., check your balance, check your available balance, pay your credit card bill by using your checking account, pay bills to other companies, check your FICO score... 😊 The staff at the bank are great, i.e., knowledgeable, friendly and they ALL know your name. It's like Cheers without the beers. I can't take credit for the previous sentence, wish I could, a teller told me that! 🫠

The application worked well for years, and now it is frozen in the sign in page. No solution has been given for some time now, which is very inconvenient. Update: I went to the bank, they uninstall/installed app and didn't work because it didnt work with the user name and password saved on the phone. When I actually wrote them. Then the app opened and worked fine. No problems since then.
