rapid! Pay

Update did not fix the restart bug. it's still there and when it happens you cannot access the app. I've tried uninstall and reinstall, deleting the cache, restarting my phone AND tested it on two different devices aside from my main phone. it still happens. Ran it on mobile data and top tier wifi connection- still happens. Please fix this bug ~ I'll gladly change my star rating after.

this app sucks. we are in 2026 and its slow and has no benefits to it. its hard to understand where my money is going and what's on it. and then the card fees are expensive and rank up weeks after. im still paying for taking money out from when I first got the card. to take cash out everyday you pay 5 dollars off of the total amount. of what you transfer. and with me. I don't have many clients or hours so thats already bad enough not to mention i don't get paid enough. I will not recommend.

Rewards is never working. Customer service doesn't know answers to any issues, always says someone will get back to you, no one ever does. Google wallet link to app says not supported in USA. Tap not supported by system, took 3 cards, and a wallet link to find out because Customer service doesn't know this, as I called when the 1st card wouldn't tap. I have always had trouble activating these pay cards! I really wish our company used a better card Again, the app is ridiculous! I am updating my review THIS APP STILL SUCKS! today I had to reinstall the app for probably the fifth time in a year. the app still sucks. it's the only app on my phone that says my fingerprint failed and only seems to save an old password, thus locking me out constantly. I'm being charged 1.99 for every transfer. 15.00 so far for May. why isn't called a fee? it is one

The app itself isn't terrible. I hate I'm not able to lock my card. Hate that they randomly decided to cancel my card, (and almost everyone else's at my job) meaning no access to my money, I had to pay $35 to rush a new card (2 days), it's been 10 now; still no card, & they've had over $100 on hold. I'm still waiting to get that back in my account. Been over a week. Only shows charges/ holds for THAT month, so it looks like the hold has just been forgot about. IDK. I will never again use them.
