Ive signed up early May and have had a very poor experience ever since. My application has been pending ever since, I submitted my verification documents and it is still pending after 3 weeks. Raising a ticket or emailing customer service doesn't do anything, my ticket on the app has been pending and its almost a month with no response. Even after calling the customer service team have no clue why the onboarding team have not reviewed my senstive documents which are just sitting with someone.

I normally use the website to transfer money, but somehow this app does not support that. I can see my money, and that is it. The rest of the app is showing all the products they have same more. But i cannot tranfer my money. If the app supports it, that feature is hidden very well.

Wouldn't recommend. Deposited 1k just to test it out into a instant access account. tried to withdraw a few days later and Wasn't' possible so raised a support request and no reply after a few days.

If you don't want to use the Play Store you can't use this app. In times where souveranigty will get more important it's not a good coded app.

they give you plenty of notice to let you know when your savings are maturing also the options for moving your money for a higher rate on your savings. I have been with Raisin for a number of years now and I am highly satisfied.
