I wanna say BIG Thanks to İş Bankasi. This bank helped me during the most difficult period in my life, the support they gave may sound not big to someone but it was life changing for me. I'm gonna always stay with İş Bankasi. Also I should mention that they have the best policy related to foreigners cuz I used many different Turkish Banks and most of them ask for high deposit or not friendly to foreigners. One more thing is their app's interface is the best in Turkey among banks!!!

I was happy with this until yesterday. Still today It won't allow me to sign in or change my pin number. At sign in a wheel goes round and round with a message in Turkish that I don't understand. I don't have time to wait the usual 3 hours at the local branch either. So I deleted the app. Update 3/4/26: It was finally sorted in a wierd way as I had to install it on my other phone first (which I didn't want on there) but then yesterday I was able to enter my account on the original phone. ☺

Urgent!!! please make quick fix update to application some users including me are stuck at loading screen when trying to login, i checked and there is bad gateway with the server in turkey to trnc. problem started from yesterday 6 febuary 16:05. update: problem has been fixed

I use the English language version, It's quite good, but has one big problem, you cannot make TRNC (kibris) money transfers using the app, you can only make transfers to Kibris banks (UBAN) using the website, this is a problem for me as I live In TRNC,so I only give it 3 Star ⭐

Does not work. I keep getting the error code 1736358. Many others are also complaining about the same problem online, but there is no response.
