Ollo Credit Card Mobile App

Definitely not the best credit card app. Not very user friendly. After clicking on something in the drop down menu it's not always easy to get back. I often have either close the app or hit "switch account" to do something else. I've been using the app for just a short time since my Ally account switched over. In that time there have been multiple instances where I was unable to log in for an entire day or even two. That is unacceptable.

Great information and ease of access and function. At the same time this app fingerprint access has never worked. Also the app has never allowed you to log out and simply exit by pressing the back button. it gets caught in a loop where to exit app you have to press the home button. Once they get that all worked out it'll be a 5 star app for what it's use purpose is.

Never been able to log in to the app. Just spins. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple time. Even tried logging in with the wrong info on purpose to see if it gave me an error message instead, but nothing. No issues with my username and password on the website. I'm not the only person that's had this issue. FIX IT.

the Ollo card is a startup card for people with low to bad credit with good customer service, but the worst policy ever when it comes 2 return payments, if you have your card locked for security reasons and payment gets returned twice they disable your bank for life😅 and you'll have to open it another account just to pay your bill🤦🏽‍♂️ get the card to build credit use for emergencies only, if it wasn't for customer service this would've have a 2⭐ rating. Good luck.

I have been trying for 3 days to cancel my membership in their "Payment Protection Program ". It wasn’t made clear this service would charge $14.22 on my credit card. The service is based on how much you owe on the card not one flat fee monthly! I want to cancel the service and the app is giving me a 'service unavailable' every time. Better stars for better service.
