Ocado - Online Grocery

Very slow to delete items from basket. Doesnt re-calculate an item's new price when you buy on offer (ie 3 for 2 the old app would automatically recalculate to the new price on the actual item so you could see what you're saving,now it doesn't). I hate that you have to click on your favourites rather than just displaying them at the beginning of the list. The old app was far superior & I'm completely stumped why it was changed for this & you've not even listened to feedback to rectify.

This new app is terrible. Whoever thought this was an improvement, I can't imagine. It's gone from the most user-friendly supermarket app to possibly the worst. Bitty, hard to navigate, difficult to see the actual price of things on offer in your basket, things popping up, cluttered screen. I really like Ocado as a company, so I will persevere, but if I were a new customer, I would definitely go elsewhere.

Have to agree with the negative comments about the new app which is confusing and rather annoying. As a customer of Ocado for many years, one of the key attractions was the technology and communications, which was far superior to Waitrose, Tesco and Asda and so easy to use. Can't see any new features that are worth the hassle!! You can't read the offers " 2 for £.." unless you turn your phone to landscape and hard to find what you want. Why change something that was brilliant?? May go to Tesco!

They've ruined everything that was good about this app. With gradually deteriorating customer service, quality and availability of products and order accuracy over the past 5 years, the ease of using the app to place repeat orders using the Reserved feature was the only reason I've stayed with them. They removed the capability to say what you want in your Reserved order and don't tell you if they can't order something, so you don't know and and as it's not ordered, you don't even get a sub

Horrid. hard to read. font sizes are wrapping around lines that don't expand. also watch out - when you book a slot, they've added 4 hour slots among the normal 1 hour, so when the text is crushed, very easy to pick the wrong one. hopefully the next update will roll back to the old app which was much more customer friendly.
