I've been using this app to pay my phone bill, manage my hotspot, and top up data for years. It worked great! But now all of a sudden the app's just not compatible with my current device anymore?? I've been using it on this device for a year, I have no idea what's going on 😭 I'm literally being forced to uninstall it. Metro please figure yourself out.

Terrible and see I'm not the only person saying the same, used to be able to pay my bill with ease. Can't pay from the text like I used to and neither of the 2 apps work either. When call to pay thru customer service was told my card was ran to many times and wait 24 hours this is after CS tried, after 2 days finally paid and was told to upgrade my app to find out I had already did it.

Any time I go to make calls. I get a message saying, error. You can't make this call. I hate calling 611 or any other customer service number. The voice over never understands what I am saying when I speak about the issues I have. I'm having to reset my pin every time I log in after having just changed it. I can never get to speak to a live advisors. I have been with Metro PCS for 20+years. And the years before I never had this much trouble and more before. I hate Metro PCS. The app, everything

Lots of problems, but you get what you pay for... Many calls and messages dont cause notifications... If you try to remove anything from.your plan, they dont take it off, just offer for it to cost less... If you do remove a device from your plan, they will only take off $10 of the cost instead of the whole $15... No one's first language is english, so be in a silent place because the accent may be heavy.

I've been with Metro since the VERY beginning. There's no incentive for those who have been long standing customers. Tried using my phone and kept receiving a message saying I had to use another device. Tried yesterday to make a call and the same thing happened. I eventually had to call customer service and even that didn't go through. Glad I have a second line. It was switched in the App somehow. EXTREMELY MAD!!! I can't get into the app. If you're fixing it,you may want to let customers know
