I've just started using this app so I can't tell if the previous versions were bad or not. So far so good. Easy to register, to upload and to track. For me it was quite reliable. I'm not a fan of top-up credits, but this app worked as intended.

I very rarely review, but this is a scam!! instead of card, you top up a chip that you can use at any given event. once the chip is activated in the event, the app encourages you to top up, takes your money, then does not process it to your account. Once I spoke to someone at the top up desk, they said this was a KNOWN ISSUE and to just email customer support for a refund. Why on earth are they asking for top ups to just keep the money? at the end of the event, you cannot refund in person, scam

Multiple issues: 1. Scanning a chip shows that it's not supported, but adds it anyway. 2. Swipe right deletes a chip without confirmation. 3. Does not show the "total" of your purchase if you have multiple items of the same type, it just shows the price of a single item no matter the quantity. 4. Refund does not work since my CZ bank account form is not valid. I tried all possible combinations, including IBAN, but it doesn't work. Good for checking your balance, the rest needs improvement.

This app was used on MetalFest 2023 Pilsen. I created account to top-up credit before the event. After creation there was no possibility to top-up :D Ok, so I topped up credit at the venue (payed service). Got a wrist nfc chip. So let's scan it and see the balance... unrecognized chip. :DDD At least the credit spending worked. But the app is useless and great disappointment.

not easy to use. app failed several times when trying to buy. also fed up with this constant control by big business over people's lifes. How do I know what I might spend? No costs provided prior to entry. just put a a good amount on and hope I can claim back with no issue later or pay fees to told up at the event. scam!
