I have a 2025 Kia Seltos. This app is constantly telling me that my doors are unlocked (they're not). And then when I try to lock it with the app, its says I have doors open (they're not). The only way to reset it is to go outside, and open every door and close it again. Really frustrating when I want to start & warm up the car because it's cold outside. However, when the app is working, its great.

The app is good when it works. The auto schedule for starting your car works about half the time. Definitely has some bugs to work out. For the last two weeks, the app has kept giving me an error every time I try starting my car remotely. Sometimes it just says loading car details for ever and won't display everything. I really wish they would fix this app.

App not working for days on my EV6 now and they aren't fixing it. It's very cold out and can't preheat the car. Even used the remote and it's not working. The group I'm in all members say the same thing. Update, FIX THE DAMN APP ALREADY! you tell me to contact you then don't respond! Update again, you keep telling me to go to the website and fill out a complaint but nobody responds or fixes it. Still no response from KIA, started working for a short time now app won't open.

I have yet to have a remote command work with my Carnival. I'm not sure if it's the app being ineffective, or poor signal, or what, but it's never worked. Other parts of the app are great, such as fuel indication, drive score, maintenance, etc. Update: I finally got remote commands to go through! I made no change in location or signal, but it decided to work. It works well now. I may update to 5 stars later as I learn more about the app.

Edit: Problem below is solved, but the app is not strong. Widgets nowhere near as good as Hyundai Bluelink. ------ Getting bombarded with notifications that my doors are unlocked. My doors are locked and I've supposedly turned off push notifications for doors but I still am getting them. Calling the support line (listed on the comments from Kia here as recently as 10/9) goes to a "call cannot be completed" message.
