I'm unable to go to the supermarket so this for me is a real deal,I love shopping with Morrisons I find they're cheaper than Asda, I buy mostly Savers and I'm OK with that as it stretched my budget. I've only had one issue but everything else I buy is great. I do like it when they send you an alternative item, yes I find it annoying when what I needed isn't in stock but you can choose another option. I'm happy with them delivery drivers are fantastic very helpful and always polite. brilliant.

It functions but the UX kinda sucks. Would be nice to easily know what items are in stock before getting to the checkout stage. I just had to press "Continue checkout" literally 4 (four) times until the app would accept that I wanted to check out and not add a bunch of stuff to my virtual trolley. There's often some small red text displaying an offer like "3 for 2", but it doesn't give you an easy way to see other included products on the product page. Why not display them grouped? I ran out of

I've been ordering online from Morrisons for years, and it's almost always been great. When it hasn't been great they've sorted it out efficiently. The delivery people are lovely and helpful, and the goods are in reasonable date, condition etc.

Very easy to order. I very rarely have any substitute items. I just wish large yoghurts had a plastic lid as I often get a split or punctured lid. Big plus for me, shopping comes in returnable carrier bags. saves so much time.

Morrisons Now order was promised for a one hour delivery slot. Never arrived. Phoned customer services they said "Sometimes we can't get drivers, so we refund the orders after 90 minutes". So instead of Fried Chicken with Olives and a range of drinks, we are having old sausages and tinned salmon sandwiches! They shouldn't be able to operate a one hour service if there's a fair chance of not getting anything !
