7/6/2026 I originally posted a 1-star review back in 08/2025, and was thinking of raising it to 4 stars due to recent improvements. However, as of yesterday, those improvements are all gone. They just recently updated their milestone rewards to where you can no longer get points for playing a certain number of minutes per day. It's only for reaching checkpoints now. Less points to earn, and less overall reward. Badly done, Mistplay. Badly, badly done. I have lost all interest in the app.

It works, but I'm probably the wrong target audience, as I like to play games for a while before I change them up. The daily quests often include either "spend x amount of money in [game you recently downloaded]" or "play x minutes in a new game", so if you try to complete your dailies, you're going to be downloading 5-6 new games a week. also, the mystery boxes are a scam. over half the time, I get THE SAME 3 avatars, and you get nothing for repeats.

I've been using Mistplay for a few + years now and downloading games thru their app but lately I've been noticing that I don't get credited the higher valued bonus points for downloading and starting a new game. I would only get 20 or less if any at all. The amount of ads popping all through out each game has been getting more and more annoying and the payouts for playing these games should be of greater value for less time played.

I enjoy the games. However, on games that are new to me, I am not moving up to next levels, ex. I am stuck on level 3 in a sort game. What's up with that. I'm stuck at level 12bin another game. Is the to prevent people from earning? Could be a waste of time now and a scam. Once this is fixed I will edit my review.

⚠️ A REAL REVIEW FROM A REGULAR PERSON! — Im currently a caretaker for my elderly mother who is bedbound. I cannot work. I downloaded this app on a whim after hearing about it about 4 monthd ago. I just got my first $50 gift card yesterday. Yes, you do have to play A LOT. Yes, to get points to redeem faster you do have to spend like $1-5 on in-app purchases. BUT- you get your gift card when you redeem in less than 8 hours. You won't get rich. But you WILL make money! ♡
