Parking Ops

Charged a "convenience fee". It is more convenient for the parking operator to have payment through the app rather than cash in the machine yet I am charged for making it more convenient for them which I think is an absolute rip off. This fee was also not clearly signed on the machine, there were even signs up encouraging use of the app.

Can't even match the stickers they put up to the spaces on their maps. Also doesn't even show all their spots. Utter trash, you'd think their extortionate parking rates would at least mean they could manage to make their app work.

Had to install app at carpark, because machines weren't accepting coins. No card facilities on same machines. So there I was in a field by the beach fudging about installing an App, then to be charged a convenience fee for being inconvenienced by inadequate machinery. I won't wait for the app provider's reply, to claim it's not us, it's down to the local council in your area. Your was available and councils pay to join. 1 star because I can't give zero. I'm uninstalling this now.

Terrible. You have to pay a "convenience fee" on top of the parking charge. What kind of rip off nonsense is a convenience fee? I had to download your stupid app and then be told to pay a 10% convenience fee. It is and was more convenient to just put £2 in the machine and get a ticket. Bunch of robbers.

Dreadful app. Myself and 4 others were all stood around a pay machine trying to get this app to work. Frequent errors and when you finally get to book parking it's hit and miss if it finds carparks or time slots. Adding a new vehicle doesn't select that vehicle so it's really easy to book a previous vehicle. As I just found out..
