I'm glad that there's an app for my Comenity accounts but the one thing that is EXTREMELY annoying is that it automatically logs you out after 15 minutes. A little timer came up and it kicked me out, even though I closed it out. I understand it doing this if the app was idle but I was actively checking my settings and boom, out it went. It doesn't matter if you were in the middle of doing something. So be aware that if you are taking more than 15 minutes, it will kick you out.

The app itself is ok. But it only keeps passwords or biometrics for 1 card at a time. I have 3 cards currently linked, and I have to go thru the sign-in process/text every time. picks and chooses which card I can get into easily. started signing in individually thru actual website instead. Was excited I could see 3 accounts on one app, but it's more frustrating than anything.

The app is functional for it's purpose, UI is easy to navigate. But I cannot open my statements when I download them. Every time, it says the file is damaged. I have multiple other financial apps that download pdf statements with zero issue, leading me to believe it's something from Bread. To get my statements, I have to login from my laptop. Very frustrating, which is why I gave only three stars.

Pay your bill by 4pm or you will have late fees. Everyone may not want your company to have access to their money to set up automatic payments. Out of all of my accounts, this is the worse one when it comes to payment! And this is also my opinion as I was asked to rate it as a Bread Financial customer. If you want, you can rate it yourself with 5 stars to include using automatic payment as an option. You can call me with any questions or concerns regarding my account and my opinion. 1 star!

has caused me to be embarrassed 3 times at the register. I will make a payment, the app CLEARLY shows my available credit, and then I get declined at the register in front of a line full of people. When you call the number on the credit card, they tell you their account shows the same available credit, but you have to wait 24 hours, or 10 days. Either the app is broken, the company is broken, or there needs to be a class action lawsuit. called Bread today. once again not fixed after 3 months
