TERRIBLE experience. items ordered did not meet descriptions listed or match their videos. not even close. what a scam. dont try to return anything...you need to ship it to China which is very expensive. they will only give you a 30% return on your money spent. stick with Amazon as you at least get to return it without any hassle.

Do not use this company. The customer service is horrendous. I only used them twice, they sent the incorrect item (size 10 shoes, instead of size 11.) Then once I tried to return them we were out of town when they were delivered, and they would not accept a return. When I proved it was a supplier issue via pictures, they gave me the run-around only wanting to give me a 50% voucher for a next order, after a refund request the money never showed returned at 35% since it wasn't a voucher.

I learned after LITB sent me the wrong color item, I had to pay the shipping fee to return the incorrect item, which could be from $20-$40; and something about it going to Asia and then they needed to inspect the item before issuing a full refund; being a 2-month process. I was disappointed because it wasn't my mistake, it was theirs. So in my opinion, I feel this company makes the customer pay for LITB mistakes. I'm closing my account. I got a 60% refund.

long wait time. still have 1 order to receive. I hope it comes soon. I would prefer ground shipping as i can't get to post office daily. ground shipping comes to my door. no postal delivery to my home. I will continue to shop with LITB. It has only gotten better. I really love all the items I've purchased. I get compliments on my clothes, shoes and wigs and haipieces every time I wear them. I absolutely love your customer service, they are the best! App is super simple to navigate. To easy!

I installed this app and purchased two items at different times. My credit card was charged $9 and change TWICE which my bank texted me asking if I made this purchase. I said, no. Bank closed the card, and it took 2 weeks to get a new card. After making my second purchase through this app (with the new card) the EXACT same thing happened again, in the same amount of money from the same name. I deleted the app and never made another purchase from this company. It never happened again!
