- 6 '26: Every time I use the app urgently (like at the airport to show my boarding pass), it doesn't work('access denied' 'itin not avail' no data or Wifi connec) requiring updates and multiple attempts, or the biometric login doesn't work and u have to dig out ur sky nr, PW and ID! - Previous: You would think they'd tie the paid seat of a 5yr old to that of the parent and note that in their system...but nope. - They don't tell you their FRA arrival terminal is moving 2miles out, etc. deleted.

love the Korean Airlines app. So easy to find all the information you need

It works but it's basically the same as the website and doesn't support Google wallet for some crazy bizarre reason. If you import the "export" photo into Wallet it will recognize it as a boarding pass but will remove the pre-check logo. Which we all know is incredibly important to TSA agents. Edit: I will accept the explanation given as a sufficient excuse. "Officially" Korea doesn't have Google wallet yet, still annoying though.

I love this app. so easy to book flights, and even use my mileage to book or purchase items from the Mileage Mall (delivery to Korea only). Would like to see Korean Air expand the Mall to other countries though. Overall, very satisfied with this app.

Get random error "communication was not successful", makes me put in the same information 3 times, despite being on a reliable connection. Tries to communicate aggressively with known tracking and data mining servers, and refuses to work on a network with restrictions connecting to said servers, despite being not reliant on them for core functionality. Bad app that is required for travel, will uninstall ASAP.
