How can this be as highly rated as it seems - look at all the negative ratings... Anyway, as others note, returning bikes is horrible. The app showed parking spots that didn't have QR codes. Customer support (ongoing) is slow, limited hours, and seems like they just deny... Such a shame, the bikes were fine and a great way to get around. Just failed in the app side, pretty quickly.

This is one of the worst I've ever tried. even gave it a good chance, scooters glitch out and won't let you turn them off and keeps charging you, passes only available sometimes and forces you to pay full price to use it instead. company is unbelievably slow in fixing any issues would highly recommend you don't install it waste of time and money.... i would've given 0 stars if possible, worst app, worst equipment and worst service I've EVER used

One of the worst app experience. Found HelloRide at a Mandai bike stand but it turns out the entire Mandai area has no HelloRide parking. Returned to where I started my ride, also couldn't return. Had to pay $5 relocation fee, for a total of 0km traveled since I went back to pickup location. Managed to appeal the relocation fees only. Suggested the devs to implement a simple safeguard to warn users from picking up from invalid areas, but only got canned replies on how to appeal.

Great product, Bad service 👎 1. Auto-payment charges you EVEN IF cancelled! Please, do NOT link your card to the app. 2. Force user to pay penalty fee, even though its parked right at the correct spot, with QR code. It shows clearly in the app that its at the designated spot, but this message says otherwise. 3. Live agent? nope. You have to get through the convoluted AI bots, use specific phrases, to get to someone who can help. Right. After hours of "arranging" a customer support rep...

Experienced so many problems that were easily solvable, but the customer service is just absolutely useless. Gps was inaccurate way too many times, kept flagging and blaming me for "improper parking" Appealed for it, followed all their instructions and still reject my appeal, this experience is so much worse than anywheel. Green bikes are just so much smoother to use, their GPS has no problem at all locating where me and the bike is. Fix the app.
