its ok but it doesn't consider when you are on a slip road and need to speed up to join flowing traffic or to get out sometimeson a busy roundabout. You can't add when something was not your fault, like someone cutting you up on a roundabout or pulling out infront of you. There should be scope for that. Also the electric cars pick up speed so fast compared to normal cars, even though you are only touching the pedal, it records it as fast acceleration when it really isn't.

Excellent app that makes you very conscious of your driving and does actually make you drive safer. I mentioned in a previous post about my phone score being low and thought the app was at fault, but turns out that you need to have the Bluetooth turned on even when you are nowhere near the vehicle. The braking is a bit different as I own a nissan leaf I rely heavily on the regenerative braking, so I use the brakes a lot less than the app would like. Perhaps EV's could have a bit of leaway

Connects to the Youdrive tab about half of the time, despite all permissions given. Sometimes I have to open the app and click around a bit before it would connect. After I asked customer service, they told me to reset password, log out, and reinstall the app and setup the tab again. I gave it all the permissions and disabled battery optimization for the app. Now it never connects. The notification thing doesn't even come up. And it often requires me to re-login when I open the app.

Its renewal time and I accidently left it until the last minute and thought I'd have to call and it would be a big hassle, but if you've found a cheaper quote you can enter it in the app, they check it and update your quote within seconds! it was so easy, completed in minutes and no stressful phone call. Thank you for making car insurance easier!

They lie about the data gathering, which never stops even though they claim its only for 30 days. I am on day 60 and the app is still stalking me. The IT is a different team to the customer service. So you have no one to talk to about what is actually happening. meanwhile my location and activity info is harvested by the app every 5 minutes.
