Great app! It works very well, is easy to use, and the IDs are usually accurate. I've had a great experience with it overall. One suggestion: please add adult snakeflies to the database. Right now, it seems only snakefly larvae are included, which can cause adult snakeflies to be misidentified. Other than that, it's an excellent bug ID app and one I'd definitely recommend.

I love this app. Today, I was checking on some insects I'd photographed as well as a new one I found, and I thought, "I should just go ahead and buy this and support them." So I went to purchase, and unfortunately, all the options are subscriptions. I can't justify a subscription for an app I use less than once a month. But, if y'all ever want to offer a one-time premium upgrade for a decent price, I'm in!

Careful when first opening this app! There are two (yeah, 2) pop ups pushing the "7 day free trial". If you click the "start trial" button and agree to the subscription, even if you uninstall it, it will charge you $29.99 for the year. Click the X in the top right hand corner (of any popups), it'll then be free to use. The free version works great. It's just lame that they have to use such tricky tactics to get subscriptions. Don't fall for it. Be vigilant when DLing apps or you'll get screwed.

Trying your app now. I just have 1 problem with a reply to a comment made by a user. You said that all apps do free trials the way you do. Charge the user automatically after the free trial is up. All the apps I have installed on my device doesn't do it that way and I have a lot. After the trial is up, then it goes back to the free version unless you opt to keep the premium. Yours charges automatically, I do not agree with doing it your way and will be uninstalling. This is a trick to get money!

This identifying app for insects works well for most bugs. It doesn't, however, always correctly identify them despite the various angles. Most insects don't like the frequencies found in a phone's camera (science behind this statement won't fit in the comment section, so look it up!). As a result, the insects tend to move away before I am able to snap the perfect angle or take multiple shots. I changed my 2 star to a 3 star as it is still the best option for this kind of app on Android devices.
