I've come to the conclusion that Frontier's a joke. I'll be looking into other services. I try to call the number, and can't actually get through to anyone for help. All it does is set an in-person appointment, which I don't want, automatically with no input from you, tell you to go to the app to change it, and then have it not show up on the app. Can't get through to an agent on the app chat, either. Wifi keeps dropping, can't get service in most of the house, whole home equipment won't work.

Bad app, worse customer service. As an attempted new customer, it's been the poorest customer support experience I've ever had. As a pending new customer, the bot is useless and slow, and if you can ever reach support chat with a person, the app says it's not responding over and over (close or wait) so chat is nearly impossible. phone support is just as difficult, pushing people to this useless app. if you have to switch apps to get an order number or other info, the chat goes dead.

The AI chatbot is not helpful. I am being overcharged, and I can not get in contact with anyone. I'm paying $80 for a gig of service when their base price on their website is $60. $80 should be getting me 5 gigs! I updated the app, and it is completely frozen. I can't click on anything. The worst part, I don't have any other option where I live

Doesn't work properly. For the longest time, it doesn't read my wifi, can't manage it in any way. I've turned off, unplugged everything for a few minutes, back on and still nothing. Now with the update, trying to login it "needs more information" but it doesn't read or acknowledge my last name or address or both.

This app is horrible. It's also the reason why some of my automatic payments haven't gotten through and I was charged for it. I told them my app was telling me I was enrolled in automatic payments but on their customer service side my account was showing that I was NOT enrolled. They told me they manually set me up, then next month it still wasn't working. I also can't even sign in 90% of the time. I have biometrics set up to log in but it takes me to the browser to sign in & still doesn't wrk
