PREMIER Credit Card

Do not get this card. it vs l charges a high activation fee and when you call to activate it, an automated service will tell you the card is active, but then go to use it at a store and you're staying there with a line of people behind you and the card says declined at the register, forcing YOU to apologize to the cashier, while digging for another form of payment. When you call the 800 number on the back of the card to try to fix the issue, you get nothing but an automated service , not a human

this company is absolutely terrible I had a card for almost $700 got it paid off after using it .and used only for emergencies had another card for a lower amount, use that regularly, when I went back to use the higher card card. they canceled it because it was not being used , had 2 months of monthly fee on it so that's why. every credit card comes with monthly fees we know that we pay the fees I shouldn't have to pay small fees in order to keep using instead of just paying the full bill.

I was granted two different credit lines, however they unfortunately became maxed out, I started paying more on one of the cards. So I had available credit on one, but the other card didn't have any available credit. I tried purchasing a little food and was denied. SMH so, I called premier and they told me that's how they do it. even if you have credit available on one of your cards and you are late paying on the other and are maxed out, you won't be allowed to use the one with available funds.

Used to work fine, now it doesn't even show payments that are due, or when they're due. Won't show what the minimum payment is, and minimum payment no longer auto populates into the payment amount box, so there's no way of knowing what payment you need to make, which can result in a late fee, even if it's 1 single cent short of the full amount of the required current payment. App is broken, definitely needs fixed, and most likely will cause me to have late fees associated with payments..Thanks!

I like my FirstPremierCard and it's a great way to rebuild your credit after a divorce. It does however have a few dis-advantages. They charge for everything, even credit increases. This isn't a problem for me because I like having a low limit card to carry. Also, this card wants you to know the passcode at the strangest times. Better have it ready or you're up the creek. I had to sleep at a rest stop years ago because a motel wanted the passcode. It also doesn't have autopay setup on line.
