I chose not to use it because it wanted $8.99/month. However, now I get a statement that the amount is owed and it's going to be processing a payment for that amount in 1-3 days. The ad says that they don't do a credit check, but they know my credit score and since they had me connect my bank account, I now have to figure out how to stop the $8.99 payment. No way am I giving that much a month!

I am randomly getting charged by this company even after cancelling my account 6 months ago. I cannot access my account because I no longer have access to the phone number on the account and they are not answering my attempts to contact them to update the phone number. There's no person you can call to talk to, the AI chat bot on the website doesn't work and the "contact support" button doesnt work on the iPhone or Android app.

Signed up to help improve my credit score, and it has definitely helped. In about 2 months my score went up 14 points. Easy to sign up and use, the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is unless you have a certain spending limit, you don't get a physical card. Until you reach that spending limit, it's just a virtual card, which is fine, but a slight inconvenience since not everything is bought online. Aside from that, I have no complaints.

DO NOT APPLY!! ITS A SCAM!!! they charge you from the moment you are approved, and even if you ask them to close the account, they will keep it open to incur 'outstanding balances' and refuse to remove them so that when you finally get them to actually close the account they will threaten to send the 'outstanding balances,' from you not even using the app, card or account in anyway after thinking the account would be closed because of your request, to collections.

So far, so great! Just began month 2 and I'm loving the app. The virtual cards to use before my permanent card arrives was a great feature. I'm using the direct deposit and it's opened up all kinds of features. I'm getting the metal card soon so it reports my rent. This and the way the app acts like a credit card is going to help my credit a lot. it's all easy to use and some of the cash back amounts are through the roof.! I'm excited to see what else this app does for me in the future....
