Boost Mobile

It continually logs me out throughout the month. If I don't have autopay set up and service is suspended for less than a day, I can't recieve a code to log in (it gets sent to my phone) or even call to pay my bills. Luckily there's a boost store in town, but really didn't want to have to make the treck there with a raging fever this time because the app didn't work. When I'm finally able to log in after restoring service, the app doesn't recognize my password so I have to update it every month.

The app is okay, it's the customer service that sucks. I just called them about 2 hours ago for some help with my phone that will not come out of an unknown password prompt. I was told there would be a 43-minute wait so I could wait on the phone or have them call me back. of course I chose call me back and 2 hours later they have not. I had no issues with them when I had one line but when I added a second one it has been a total mess

Constantly logs me out, and a majority of the time I can't log back in and have to use the website on my browser... Then by the time I get my code, or I click the text to see the code the page expires... OR it freezes on the page after I submit my password. Such a hassle. When you call to pay now it's a stupid multi step recording instead of a quick process. I miss the old My Boost app!

update. it's working in 2026, it brings you to their website to log in instead of having an in app login system which always feels sketchy. I only use it once a month or so to pay bills It just doesn't work at all. I can't even log in as it is stuck on loading. I can't log into the old app because it says I can only use the new one lol. Only way I was able to pay my bill without having to call or go to a store was using the website on my laptop with that in itself is ALSO a buggy and slow mess.

it's better than most services until you reach the "data limit" then you can't even use anything that requires data (other services still give you enough to work on once limit is reached.) not to mention I still have 10 gb of high speed left,always difficult to pay in app or in person but the people in the stores are better than other. went to support about it and they are unavailable during the times that the data is unusable. there's also a lot of games going on easier to make extra money
