Although this channel is one of my favorites to view, it unfortunately is the worst app to utilize. After paying for this channel for several years, the technical issues I face daily are insurmountable. It has the recently viewed episodes on a list for you to easily pick up watching a show and not once has it picked up where I left off. It is always at least 10 episodes back and you can never find the spot you left off. What am I paying for??? Can we get a working app???

this app is the only thing I watch but it seems like more and more shows are disappearing. I no longer have access to any History Channel shows, a number of shows are missing seasons, how a show with 9 seasons starts with season 3 and only has 4 seasons available is ridiculous. I thought the point of paying for streaming services like this was to have access to the full catalog of shows. At this rate it's just like the cable company. gotta pay for access to certain channels. I'm ready to cancel.

I previously wrote a review for this app but decided to delete and start over. I am giving 3 stars this time cuz I HATE the current format of app. It's much harder to scroll thru shows/movies and is too similar to Max app, which I also can't stand for same reason. Please go back to the other version or make scrolling thru shows easier. Finding what I want 2 watch is a nightmare, especially if title begins with a letter at end of alphabet. Still love shows on here, though!

Ever since I updated it this week I can't find the option to turn off autoplay. I've looked everywhere, there is no longer a setting when I click the settings button. Just account (name and email only), legal, subscription, and sign out. Why the heck would you get rid of that option???

Everything was fine until I had to replace my credit card. When I tried to reactivate, it said I registered in Canada, which I specifically remember I put in US! idk if I've been refunded or not plus it's a HUGE nightmare trying to sign back up. So confusing and such a hassle. Really upset you can't even talk to a live person. And their emails are confusing. I think everything is AI. what a nightmare hassle!
