Terrible. A slow, frustrating set up that, in spite of saying "save and next", forgets what you've entered and makes you completely restart each time. It took thirty minutes just to set up the app. The station locator cannot find stations right in front of me, and even using this app is insanely slow. Starting a charge on a "free" charging station has yet to work, and it just suggests I try again later.

I downloaded and installed this app to find out more information on some Blink chargers. It is without a doubt the absolute worst app I have installed on my phone. Even trying to type your e-mail is horrible. Type a character and the keyboard goes away. Tap the text box and it comes back for the next character. Seriously how TF did this ever get released? This is like alpha quality software. UPDATE: The app doesn't seem to work with a Samsung S pen.

This app is really bad. It's cumbersome to use, finding options or even a receipt require many steps, they offer a card to speed up the charging process but prices may change without notification and if you complain they ask you to use the app and check every time you charge lol. The app also automatically log out every few days stopping notifications (charging stopped for some reason, who cares?). The only reason I use it is because they installed the chargers at my workplace. That's it.

This is an lame app for a subpar product/service. The charging station lacked a QR code for downloading instructions or the correct app, so time was wasted downloading and setting up the wrong Blnk app that had nothing to do with EV charging. Finally got to this dog of an app which initiated a guessing game on how to get the charge going. Eventually figured it out only to be stuck with a trickle charge requiring 9 hours to charge the batteries from 33% to 90%. Avoid!

update 2/2026: App will still log you out like a champ when you have poor connectivity. sigh. 7/2025: Words do not exist to describe my frustration with having to use this app. I get logged out on a regular basis because the parking garage at work has poor connectivity and it doesn't support NFC. Will uninstall and never look back when I can. App is Garbage: Slow, jittery, flakey. Don't like it, but I have to use it to charge at work. Yuck.
