Well since I have using this app it's been great. I use it a lot, like grocery orders from stores and a lot of other things, to split payments then payback over time. And as for cash app it's just as great. spend up to the amount limit and for most part it works for it all. No payment down either, you spend the amount needed you go back and see when your transaction completes as then ya should see the lil afterpay logo and beside it shows pay over time available. 5+ star for me💯

I absolutely love afterpay !! Its a life saver !! I love being able to get what we need and do it in payments. edit.. I have been using after pay for years very very rarely do I have a late payment. I hate the fact that someone can use this app loyaly for years. and make just one late payment, only a day late might I add and all of a sudden the amount that I am allowed to get goes from 750 down to 70. that is ridiculous. over one , day late payment.

So the app fails to tell you at sign up that you'll need 25% of your first initial purchases to take advantage of any credit line they give you, then they fail to explain during sign up that you need to use the app for a while before they offer zero down options and use a tier system to designate what to advance, they also do not state how often or how many transactions it takes to advance up tiers in order to purchase more things. All in all, just get a credit card, less complicated than this.

ZERO customer service. I placed a very large order through Amazon, and the next day, as the items were about to ship I received an email that my payment method needed to be revised. It didn't make sense, as I paid through After-pay, and they'd already charged me my first of 4 installments. Contacted Amazon, said after-pay hadn't released the funds yet, there's still a temp hold. I've tried contacting afterpay - it's impossible!! just a customer service bot, that's done NOTHING.

I absolutely HATE that every time you do a new order it automatically changes the due date to a certain day which is usually 7-8 days later instead of the 2 weeks later. You have to go in and physically change it every single time. If you forget to do it that same day you are screwed. You aren't able to change it unless you want to use up your 3 a year date move payments. I don't know why they changed it this way it was fine how it was before. 2 weeks from the day you make the order. Simple!
