Afterpay is Brilliant. App is unnecessary. Using the website on my phone is much more user friendly, I don't have to fight through heaps of ads to try find the way to see my upcoming payments. I don't understand the reason for the app. And it's one of those horrendous ones where you can't close out of it.

One of the most noob-friendly BNPL services I've used. Simple, intuitive and just works, plus their method of paying things back is simple to understand and just makes sense, and large repertoire of stores supported without AP+ is really nice to have. The only thing I don't like was the recently updated interface, they removed the thing where you can see how much you owe for the next payment date, from a glance. This was much easier than having to add them all up individually.

I had a limit of 800 and now its 300! No matter how many times I've gotten in contact with the help center, I always end up not being able to log in to my account! It keeps saying "sorry we're having trouble logging you in" but it damn well knows when i put a wrong password/email. FIX YOUR APP! how do you expect me to pay my payments on time and make myself aware of payments if I cant even get into the app!? and then I have to deal with late payment emails/fees spend cap drop this is RIDICULOUS!

Two things do need to change and preferably asap - They removed displaying what is due for the following week, you have to literally calculate each item on your calculator to get the exact total, extremely frustrating. I'll be clearing my account, closing it & going elsewhere unless they change it. Including the blandness - awful and now when you make a final payment there is no celebration fireworks. The entire app has nose dived. Please change it back. Thanks

This would be 5 stars except for one recent change that has fundamentally made the app much more cumbersome. Where it now only says available to spend, it used to show how much my next owing payment was, now I have to manually add up that amount from the individual transactions. Another star lost for those stupid promos every time I make a payment. These feel scammy and are making it very likely I'll close my account when I'm paid off.
