This app and company needs a new IT developer, I cannot stress how bad this is. Major overhaul is needed. This app needs some huge changes to get up to speed. One issue is that it frequently signs me out weekly, sometimes daily. It has a hard time connecting to your servers even though I will have full service or strong wifi. And the location settings, it constantly changes your preferred store. Cmon guys please get this figured out.

I have my preferred store set, but Location Permissions are off... because I don't need it or want it on. When I open the app it says: "For a better experience your device will need to use Location Accuracy The following settings should be on: - Device Location - Location Accuracy (then a lengthy description follows) You can change this any time in Location Settings." Response options are: "No Thanks" or "Turn On" but when I hit "No Thanks" it just closes and reopens the same popup over & over

This was an okay app until the past week; now all it shows upon opening is a spinning clock. I'm back to using the website... Prior to becoming a "brick" app, it had a major flaw; the app lacked the ability to edit search strings. Unlike 98% of online retailers, if one searches for an item using this app and decides to add or modify a term, one has to return to the home screen and enter an entirely new search string. How is it a company the size of Ace Hardware fails WEB101?

App won't work unless you turn on location. It's ridiculous! Having a pop up warning the app works best if location is turned on with an option that says "no thanks" that doesn't do anything is not attractive and quite dysfunctional. Why not just have a pop-up that says this app will not work if location is turned off. What's most ridiculous is the "no thanks" option doesn't do anything. The warning window won't go away and no access to app is permitted.

Worthless app!!! Most of the time this app will not even open... ESPECIALLY in the store!! Just shows a red screen with ace on the center. IF it does open, according to the app our local store doesn't have ANYTHING in stock. Always says to pick up faster nearby... but I walk in the store and it's on the shelf. Total Worthless!!
